Your product will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland within the time schedule provided on the item offer.
Shipping company/GTS Clearance/HMRC or any other body related to import & customs may contact you to confirm if you wish to receive parcel from Poland - please accept it. However you should not be asked to pay any invoice - in this case please contact us urgently!
Your package may be shipped in several packages due to its volume. Please check your tracking numbers. It may happen that packages will be separated by the courier and arrive within a few days interval.
Delivery time may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control - Brexit and COVID-19 pandemic.
RECEIVING PARCELS FROM COURIER:
Check package condition. If the parcel is damaged please:
1. DO NOT UNPACK IT!
2. Take photos from each side showing all damages in close up & in full view (showing entire package)
3. Unpack item & KEEP THE BOX in its original condition - will be required for inspection
4. If there are damages to parts - take photos showing defects in close up & the damaged parts in full view
5. Send to us pictures & description of damages along with measurements of the damaged parts the same day
Screws and manual: Please check all boxes for a set of screws in a small plastic bag/cardboard box and assembly manual. They are placed in one of the parcels. Don’t throw packages before taking them out.
Damages: If you spot any damages, please write a claim - provide measurements of the damaged items (so we can identify them) and describe defects. Take photos presenting these damages in close up and the damaged parts in full view and then send these to us immediately.
Missing parts: If you find that some parts are missing, please take photos of them in full view (please make sure that all parts are visible) and send them to us immediately along with the description and measurements of the parts which you have.
